Okay, dearest friends and blog-readers, it is with excitement (and a wee bit of apology) that I explain my immense delay between entries as of late. (Wait for it…)
I am pregnant with my third baby. AND morning sickness (or, as I like to say “THE Sickness”, since it follows me all day and very much into the evening with this kiddo) laid me flat on my back for a solid month it seemed. No brain cells could be rallied and there wasn’t enough break between waves of nausea to sit up or stand and blog or write much of anything once my mommy duties were tended to. (Which, by the way, having to cook dinner when you have morning sickness and can’t stand the smell of most anything without a gas mask on should earn mothers a medal. Or, better yet, a vacation).
With that, I thank you for your patience and announce that I will be adding a new tab to the homepage – “Body By Baby”. I will continue to blog about physical fitness for moms with kids out of the womb, but I will also blog about motherhood and fitness while your baby is still IN the womb.
Hurray for babies! Hurray for healthy mommies! Now, time for a nap.
