Vivani 100% Organic, 85% Cocoa

If you like smooth chocolate – one with no unique tastes and a creamy texture – this is the chocolate bar for you.  Vivani 100% organic chocolate with 85% cocoa is a great low-sweet delight in the middle of the day (I would pair it with a few almonds for a bit of a pick-me-up).  And it was filling enough to not have me wanting more and more.  My only criticisms would be it is a bit hard to find and it’s not labeled as fair trade.  However, the health benefits of this bar are undeniable and it’s a great start for those weening off of “junk food chocolate”.  Just start with the 71% dark… it’s a bit more sweet for your taste buds, but still fantastically creamy!
