Kleen Kanteen

I have to be honest, I never would have purchased one of these dream sippy cups if 1) I hadn’t lusted after a friend’s and 2) I hadn’t had extra Christmas money for the boys from Grandma one year.  But, I looked for one online (on sale) and thankfully I like odd colors – Viola!  Now, I am in love.

Kleen Kanteen touts itself as the “original BPA-free, stainless steel bottle”.  And, I’m sure they are.  Until someone alerted me to what BPA was two years ago, I never would have purchased a $15 sippy cup.  I mean, who am I?  Posh Spice.  But, after I was able to get one for myself… okay, for my kids, I couldn’t believe the difference.

First, when you put water in it, it doesn’t slowly take on that “plasticy” smell.  They are incredibly durable, don’t leak, and easy to clean.  Also, I like the simplicity of the design and color options.  I like a sleek, modern design for functional carry-with-you items.  And now Kleen Kanteen has even more colors and more functional options.  In fact (don’t tell my husband) I just ordered him an insulated cup for Father’s Day.  Now mama can borrow a grown up Kanteen of her own.
