This is a great recipe for the whole family.  It works in a well-rounded meal in little time.

If you are doing the detox, eat as-is or over some extra cabbage in a bowl (truly is delicious).  If you are just wanting to eat better and not needing to omit wheat or other grains, we roll this up in a tortilla to serve!  Or you can do it over rice.  (My boys eat the whole thing).

- 1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped

- 2 tsp. coconut oil

- 1 pound of organic ground beef or bison

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 head of shredded cabbage

- 1 can of organic diced tomatoes

- 1 tsp. minced garlic

-1 tbsp. parsley flakes

- salt to taste

- 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional) OR organic sour cream

1) Melt oil in a pan over medium heat.  Put in onion and cauliflower to saute for about 6-8 minutes.

2) Add salt and meat; cook for about 7-10 minutes until meat is browned through.

3) Add cabbage for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic and parsley leaves.  Simmer for another 5 minutes.

4) Add coconut milk or sour cream (optional).  Turn heat off.
