Almond Cream

This recipe is made much like whipped cream.  It’s a great alternative to dairy for breakfast dishes and more!

2 cups almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  With a hand held electric mixer mix on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.  Spoon on top of fruit for a delicious breakfast or snack.
